Cool Old House

From time to time I like to post about a house currently for sale that I really like. This house is in a neighborhood not terribly far from my own. It's a neighborhood of homes mostly built in the 1920s and 30s (and as anyone who knows me, I'm a sucker for homes built in the 20s and 30s). This particular one was built in 1937 and is very cool. It retains a lot of its original characteristics and has been very well taken care of. The kitchen looks like it was remodeled in the 1950s or 60s, so it really doesn't fit in with the rest of the house, but I like it anyway. This home would be really fun to completely restore!
