Winter Reminders

This is a photo taken just a few miles north of my home. I like to come here to remind myself how beautiful and peaceful this time of year can be. It is here that I'm also reminded to stop for a few moments and reflect upon the past year, a place where I can ponder all that I've accomplished. Finally, it reminds me that it's already December 20th...only four more shopping days left before Christmas...AaaaaH!
